Our annual IT Hot Topics sessions & IT
Golf Tournament is an event you don't want to miss. This
one-day training and technology conference is followed by
the much-awaited IT Golf Tourney. This year we've moved the
event to the beautiful Grandover Conference Center and
Resort in Greensboro, NC. Please view conference details and
registration below.
The Golf Tourney is an optional conference
event after the IT sessions. For those interested in the
Golf Tourney, please read over that section as well.

| Rooms are available at the
Grandover Resort at special rates, from $169 for May 9th.
Within the resort is a full fitness center, bistro and
coffee shops, several bars, two golf courses and a luxurious
spa. Please let us know during registration if you are
interested in booking a room for May 9th.

Our IT Hot Topics Training Session gives you an
in-depth look at today’s hottest IT products & technologies.
Featuring presentations by technical engineers from Carolina
Advanced Digital and its partners covering networking hardware,
wireless & mobile solutions, network security, vulnerability
management and enterprise management software to help build,
manage and protect your network.

Who Should Attend?
IT Hot Topics covers a variety of topics and
includes technical and business overviews. We encourage
anyone involved in implementing the technologies described
above, including network administrators, system administrators,
LAN/WAN engineers and IT security to attend. The sessions also
include overviews that may be of interest to department
managers, CEOs, CIOs and non-technical staff.

Details
Tournament Pack
With our new venue, we have a few
changes in the IT Golf Tourney this year. There is a $50
tournament fee and awards reception immediately after the
tournament. Proper attire is required: Shirts with collar and no
jeans or short shorts, and Grandover is a non-metal spike
facility.

Course Details
Designed by David Graham and Gary Panks, world renowned golf
architects. Built amidst our 1500 acres of oaks, pine and
dogwood covered hills, the courses provide a blaze of color and
assure golfers they are in the Carolinas, America’s heartland of
golf. Share stunning panoramas with the deer and fox in this
golfer’s paradise.
All tournament participants will be playing
the East Course at Grandover. Grandover Received four and a half
stars, noted as one of "America's Best Places to Play" by Golf
Digest and "Best Conditioned Courses in North America" Golf
Digest (4th Place).

Tournament Fees
There is a $50 tournament fee for
all participants, which includes your Tournament Pack (above).
In addition, club rentals are also available from the Pro Shop
for $50/set. During registration, please note if you'll be
needing rental clubs, and whether you need a right or left
handed set.
During registration, please specify whether
the golf fee will be paid personally, or invoiced to your
company. All club rentals are paid directly to the Pro Shop at
Grandover.

Event Passes
There are two event passes you may register for;
one for IT sessions only, the other includes golf. The IT Hot
Topics Sessions and lunch are included for all attendees and
registration is Free. The Golf Pass fee may be paid by attendee
personally, or invoiced to the company with a purchase order.
Please include PO number when registering. If paid by attendee,
a representative will contact you for payment after
registration.
