Carolina Advanced Digital Inc., an engineering firm that specializes in IT work, is moving its headquarters to Cary after 25 years in Siler City, the company announced Tuesday.
CAD will make its new home at 133 Triangle Trade Drive near the intersection of N.W. Maynard Road and James Jackson Avenue. The company’s first day at its new digs will be June 1.
John and Susan Jabbusch, who co-founded CAD a quarter-century ago, said they’ve been eyeing a move to the Triangle for years. Most of their employees were commuting from Wake County to Siler City, and Cary also is much closer to Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
