Federal Contracts – NASA SEWP VI

The NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement), pronounced “soup,” provides the latest Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services for all Federal Agencies and their approved contractors. SEWP VI expands beyond traditional IT products to include broader enterprise technology offerings and more comprehensive IT services for Federal Government Agencies. The program is self-funded through usage fees (0.34%) and provides all Federal agencies with acquisition support for more than 50,000 orders a year.

Carolina Advanced Digital, Inc. was selected as a Prime Contractor for the NASA SEWP VI Contract, Category A: IT Solutions (hardware, software, cloud tools, and peripherals).

We deliver, integrate, and support enterprise hardware, secure networking, and managed technology solutions CONUS and OCONUS.

Since we are an engineering focused reseller for many of these solutions, we can provide a higher level of assurance that SEWP VI customers have a partner who can help eliminate compatibility issues.

SEWP VI contracts require no additional need for competitive quotes; however, Fair Opportunity must be provided for all other contract holders as appropriate. You may select any or all categories and choose smaller subsets as you choose.

NASA SEWP Surcharge fee is .34% (NASA reserves the right to adjust the fee if required by the SEWP budget).

The SEWP Contracts were awarded by scope category. The three categories are:

• Category A – ITC/AV Solutions (Carolina Advanced Digital, Inc. awarded category)
• Category B – Enterprise-Wide ITC/AV Service Solutions
• Category C – Mission-Based ITC/AV Service Solutions

There is no requirement to obtain three quotes as long as all contract holders within a category are given an opportunity to provide a quote.
